The two sexes are asymmetrical on purpose in this mod. The mod isn’t supposed to be a 1:1 imitation of life since the RimWorld engine has big limitations that don’t allow for too much complexity without serious overhaul. The lack of sexual dimorphism however is a huge oversight. I have great respect for Tynan for creating the only game of this kind and sticking to his vision.
